REFUND NOT PAID OVER 3 MONTHS

I was involved in a car accident and my car was written off. My insurance paid up the money for my Renault Sandro Stepway Plus, 2019. I then had to pay R16 108 for added products such as maintenance boost. I paid that money from my own pocket and I was told by Amanda Schreuder from the claims department that I will be refunded after 30 days.

I waited, I didn't receive anything in December. Then in January I called to enquire, and I wasn't assisted as she was not returning my calls. I then sent an email, only then she rep**** and referred me to Liquid Capital. She called me and told me to contact Liquid Capital as they can help me.

I called again in February and I was still not assisted. I recently spoke to Sylvia Mandlate, she said she would call me back but today she has not called me. I tried calling her tester to no avail.

I feel that I am given the runaround and I am not helped. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received my refund.

Only today I'm told by a helpful consultant that I should actually be speaking MFC as they handle payment before paying Liquid Capital.

I am demanding that my money be paid to me soonest and I will not be accepting anymore delays!
