Refund not been DONE

<p>Very poor sevice for MFC finance.</p> <p> </p> <p>We settle my fathers vechile on the 10the of May 2017,bt we paid over to much money. I phone MFC and indormed them and they tell me that I need to email proof of every thing to them to do a refund with in 24 to 48 houers?????? On recording as tehy stated when you phoned in. I emailed every thing and phone them a few days later spoke to a lady and she informed me that she only received a ABSA logo after I informed her that that logo is the bankstatement she needed to deposit the refund into she see it. and again confirmed that the refund will be done in 24 to 48 hours. So we wait..... on the 23rd we phoned again and they told me that they waiting for the account to be closed to do the refund and it will be done in teh next 24 to 48 hours. Again it has been recorded.........This moring I phoned in again and now I need to wait 10 TEN workingdays for the refund >>>>>>>>>>>>This is totaly unexeptable if i made a payment a day late they will phone me but know i need to wait for almost a month to get my refund</p> <p>I want answers from you MFC> why do I need to wait 10 days</p>
