refund from nedbank mfc

nedbank mfc deducted money without my concern on the 19th naomi approved the refund but its still not paid ....with them you cant have moby in your account they take it any day ...its abusing im really annoyed as we speak i went to nedbank facebook page ita escaleted but my money is not paid till this day ....
