Refund for Courier fee

Paid for a courier fee to get my papers for them to later tell me to go collect my papers at the bank that is more than 60 km away, because of some lame excuse that my address is not on google. I want my courier money back please, or R126.87 might be little money to you but its still my money. This is after I spoke to 5 consultants who literally dropped the phone on my ear. mind you I have been waiting for the car documents since October 2023
