*** Refund

I failed to send a proof of insurance on time then subsequently sent one and asked for MFC to cancel their insurance. Its been over 24 days waiting for a my insurance refund since i was double insured Rebecca Molepo sent me a mail regarding my refund that it will be paid within ten days, to my shook and horror time has lasped and I haven't received my refund yet and she is not response on email.
