REFUND

Morning please help me. I have a crisis with my car finance MFC they deducted an amount of R1419 on my account of which we were not in agreement with. I called them on the 17th till today no response. yesterday i did follow up with Brian who promised me that Kereleng will call me back, no one bothered to come back to me. please help
