Refund delay and worst service( MFC)

Very disappointed with the service

I have received the insurance refund for the amount that was debited without my consent over the past 17 months. However, the refund does not match the total amount that was deducted during that period.

May you please provide a full explanation of how the refund amount was calculated, and why it is significantly lower than the total debited amount? Additionally, my account is not in arrears, so I would appreciate clarity on this matter. what does one need to get service
