Refund ASAP. Not adhering to rules!

I was debited while on debt review and all necessary documents were sent 4 weeks, ago from power of attorneys to stop debit orders. Now how am I going to pay my premium and survive?? Requesting refund ASAP as this is ********* and unprofessional!!
