Refund

I settled a vehicle with MFC,but they still deducted my premiums the next day,I requested a refund then they promised to refund me in 7 working days. when the 7 days lapsed and no refund was forthcoming ,I called them and I was told that They are still trying to figure out who to give the refund to because I am on debt review.Interesting enough when I settled the vehicle ,I was buying a new vehicle which they financed .I tried to tell them that I am not on debt review and that I am the only one who can apply for debt review and this fell on deaf ears Instead I was told some Manager will call me to explain .It has been 24 days since they have erroneously deducted my money and no manager has called me to date. instead I'm being send me from pillar to post. it is really frustrating that when it comes to these big companies that they can do as they please with our monies but if I was owing them I would be charged interest and be blacklisted.
