REFUND

I have been pushed from pillar to post now and this is becoming frustrating. I Had a vehicle financed with MFC and the vehicle was written of, my insurance paid up the finance house(MFC) and my monthly premium was still paid to you(MFC) when the account was already settle, so please can i get my refund. Please can someone assist me with this because all i get from the call center is names of people that are not active on their system and email addresses that do not exist. My bank statement was sent through on the 9th October 2017 so i dont see what the delay is in paying my money back to me.
