Proof of banking details was sent to MFC on the 04/09/2017 To Fana when I followed up I was informed that I have to wait other day started from yesterday which is wait I was told on the 4th and the person said the will revert back to me with an update with in 48 hours when I called again on the 13/09/2017 he said he will come back to me the same day. I called him again on the 14/09/2017 to follow only to be informed that the process was only started yesterday 13/09/2017 and was provide with the contact details for Masentle persons number that is dealing with my matter and every time I call the phone just ring I leave message the person does not even return my call. I understand that I am not the only person but it would have been nice just to be informed how far the process is or someone returns my call. today is the 10th day so really how many more 10 days should I wait for?
