Recall form

I had sent a recall form and received feedback that it was unsuccessful due to the the other bank not accepting the consent form it's really sad that a big company like Nedbank could let such things go on behalf of their clients. it is so unfortunate that we cannot depend on your bank to amend such. so disappointed at Nedbank
