Questionable transactions

<p>I recently bought a car at an MFC auction financed by MFC and I discovered a lot of irrigularities with my contract. The first one been that I have been charged an amount of R4500 for delivery even though though they did not deliver anything because I collected the vehicle on my own. Is it normal for them to charge me delivery fee even though nothing was delivered by them?</p>
