Pushy and unprofessional

Interest rate way too high. I sent them proof of cover long back, now they keep contacting me claiming that they have not received confirmation of cover just because they want to divert their clients to use a specific insurance company called Motor Happy. They share your personal information with this company without your consent and keep calling. They don't bother to check with the insurance company you selected if your car is still ensured. You get multiple calls, multiple sms and emails regarding payments. They are very good at making you feel that the car is not yours. I'm considering refinancing my vehicle soon.
