Purchasing of electricity on weekends a no go

I am deeply disappointed in Nedbank all of a sudden you cant buy electricity on a weekend?? what the hell? i used my last money in my account to purchase electricity and now it doesnt show my voucher details. this is the second time this has happened. I am getting very annoyed here!!!! im almost out of units then my krag is up and now what must i do i dont have more money to buy electricity at a shop cause i live far from the shop to walk there. whats the point of doing internet banking if all of a sudden you cant even purchase that!!!!!!!!! this is ridiculous!!!! Please can someone explain to me why i cant get my electricity voucher number immediately anymore. mon-fri no problem. but on weekends you have to wait till monday what **** is this no man Nedbank. i have been banking with you guys for years now. please do not start to disappoint me. yous are the best. dont fall short now.
