proof provided

i tried to find there office because , people wouldn't inform us of where there offices were. When we did find manage to find their office and the right person to speak to it took so long for them to come to reception. <br> It is over a payment we made to one their collectors in 2009 for final payment on a car . Proof of the payment was shown to them , but they will not release the NATIS papers for the car . they didn't even know how much was given to the collector .
