Proof of insurance harassment and threats..

I have been getting threatening and harassing emails and sms's from a company called Motorhappy who I have never dealt with, apparently acting on behalf of MFC. I contacted MFC regarding it. They wanted prrof of insurance for my vehicle. I requested it from my insurer and mailed it to MFC as requested. Again Motorhappy threatened me. I contented MFC to get it resolved, the call center lady told me she doesn't work with the insurance and while I was talking to her, she put the phone down, so still not received.. I see now I got another email from Motus, whom I haven't dealt with, also requesting proof of insurance.. Why must I be harassed and threatened MFC if I comp**** to your request??
