I'm really upset with the way mfc deal with my application, firstly my finance was decline reason be my credit score is low but when I went on my itc profile and checked my credit score it showed good so I contact mfc and my finance was approved but I already lost the vehicle I wanted to buy due to mfc ***********, now that I found another vehicle to buy the verification department giving me problems saying that the buyer needs to provide proof of the previous owners which is utterly ridiculous for example if their is 10 previous owners then the seller need to provide proof of payment for all 10 previous owners by that time the car will be sold as I am applying for private finance. Do they then even go the extra mile to assist clients??? Poor service really... can a manager contact me please as running to hello peter seem to be the only way of getting answers. Loosing another potential deal thanks to mfc...
