Prescribed Debt
I communicated accordingly, requested assistance and eventually voluntarily surrender the car, that was 2018/2019. I have not heard from the bank since car was collected. Today I receive a thick summons dated 20 and 22/04/21. This should be prescribed debt as there has been no communication or acknowledgement from myself - or the bank with me. An attorney's summons out of the BLUE......THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND PLOY TO VICTIMIZE ME. i will also lodge a complaint with NCR.
