Predatory financial practices by MFC

I recently received an email with a finance document that MFC claimed i had requested. The document is an amended finance document for a value added service which would cost an additional R379 to my current monthly finance payments. I did not request to add a value added service and never requested a finance document to be emailed to me. I did not consent to any of this predatory practice. They do not consider the possible financial impact this may have on me. This is wrong.
