I got a call around October regarding my account being on errors I was advise to pay R6400 for my account to be up to date then an arrangement will be put to place he called it cooling period which was a relieve on my side since I was going through financial problems The person who called me ask me to even send proof of payment which I did after the payment

Today I got a call again and I was told my car will be taking and I tried explaining that I was contacted and a arregement in place

I was shocked to be told that nothing like that was done they know nothing about it I must pay full R15624

My problem is that the person who called me was from mfc and even used their phone and I after paying I even called them since they gave me their numbers to send proof of payment , where did they get my details of mfc no nothing about that I was not going to avoid payment if the arregement for 2 months was not made

Kindly assist me this is not right
