Poorest of service would not advise you to use them

It’s been three weeks trying to close the account and get Natis documents.Everyday there’s a new lie that I’m told and I’m the one calling them daily to get this done .Poorest service we have in South Africa from a big company Disappointed .Would not advise anyone to use them at all.
