Poor service, poor communication, poor everything!!

I have paid for my finance in full, never gave them problems and always paid on time. When its time to fufil their end of the aggreement, they are giving me the run around. I have no sense of urgency, its as if they dont give a damn anymore because they received all their money. They were supposed to deliver my NATIS documents within 10 working days, its been over 4 weeks. THey dont communicate to re assure me, nothing. Think twice before you deal with these people....
