POOR SERVICE NEGATIVELY IMPACTING CREDIT SCORE

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!

I have requested change of banking details over 2 months ago. All forms were submitted... yet they still ask for forms I submitted weeks ago already. Then after complaining on Hello Peter, I received an sms saying that all details are successfully changed, yet now I received a "warning" email of the debit not going through. There is more than enough money in the account, no debit order was put through on the account, and I am the one to blame? MFC is negatively impacting my credit record due to their POOR SERVICE! FIX IT!!
