Poor service from mfc nedbank

Hi my car was finance by mfc nedbank on the couple of months I was struggling to pay my car account and it was handed over to nedbank collected by the name of sherina***),this lady was always shouted me when she contacted me to make the arrangements on the 15 March 2023@07:52 I received the call from the guy (Paul k**** ***)who said is from mfc he will assist me about my arrears to account to apply it and add on the last year of my contracts I must meet him at hibberdene so he can take photos.on the same day 15 March 2023 @10:30 sherina contacted me to go pay 5900 for the car all on the following day he will sent someone to fetch the car I told him I already make the arrangements with Paul k**** she said I must not take instruction from bcz he is an agent I must listen to her because she the one who talking with management I was very confused,Paul k**** contacted me again said I must wait at hibberdene he is coming,I met him at hibberdene he said is going to take a car he was lying about the arrangements of the arrears I was very disappointed he was accompany by two black males looking like tsotsi I have to drive with them to Durban because I did not trust him and I want to see where is he taking my car .I'm very disappointed the way mfc treat the client after my car was taken when I contacted sherina she said I must wait for Monday I told her I can't wait bcz I don't a money to pay for storage she said she will speak to the management she will get back to me .I wait for a call she never contacted me I contacted mfc where I was told that now the account handed to Mr jaqcues Van der merwe .Mr Van der merwe assist me very well I till I got my car back .I very disappointed the way sherina was handling the matter with lies with Paul k**** ,and also Paul k**** when was driving my car reckless and telling me I must not worry he will assist me to get back my car as he was continue with lies.as client I have right to be informed the truth not lies or I was treated like this because I'm black please hello Peter help for this matter.i don't want to happen to other client Kindly regards Miss luthuli***
