Poor service from MFC assisted sales

I’m in the process of selling my car and I was told to submit two OTP’s to initiate the process. I submitted the documents on the 9th and I have not received a response from the assisted sales department. I’ve been calling religiously but I’m not getting any assistance. The offers are about to expire and I’m beyond frustrated!!!!
