Poor service from MFC

Horrific experience with MFC Sales, Warranty Service and Maintenance departments. I have been waiting for over two months for a call back after having called numerous times to take a cover for my car for maintenance. Honestly struggling to understand what could be so difficult as I am not asking for a free cover but willing to pay. Poor communication. If they are unable to assist all the sales people are poorly trained to let a client down then keep promising them they'll call back. They have not even returned one of my calls, no email, no sms, no nothing. Honestly disappointed as all my vehicles are financed by them. I have never missed a payment and yet this is the service I get.
