Good day Your service is pathetic .....I am very disappointed as you called me on Friday and yet nothing seem to be happening with regards to the complaint .How long will it take for you to resolve this matter ,it is not brain surgery or are you waiting to deduct another premium for a written off vehicle which had shortfall cover
