Poor service ever from mfc

Zwelithini khambule from mfc is the worst consultant. When he talks to his clients he talks to them like he is the owner of mfc, he is disrespectful, shouting, rude and very negative, the way he treated my case was very unprofessional and i will never encourage other people to mix themselves with mfc after what i have experienced.

Still waiting for a call tried calling this morning after getting one missed call yesterday, my call gets answered,they ask for my I'd number,then I am holding for a long time without any answer.

On the 1st of September this year after my complaint, I received a call from Neville and he told me that my query has been escalated to senior management, today I am still waiting for the management to call me for an outcome, after I was handed over the debt collectors they only tell me today that zwelithini khambule denies to do a split installment that we agreed on.It seems personal to me MFC is not taking its clients serious and its very unacceptable and unprofessional also
