Poor Service

MFC changed my email address without my consent from my personal email address to work email address and now they are taking me from post to pillar with regards of changing it back, now I am not receiving my statements and I cannot request for settlement quote as I am told to use the other email address. Last year October I requested they to change it and provide me with details of who changed it and why which they promised but as of now that has not been changed not told who changed it and why.,
