Poor Service by Innovation Group that works with MFC

I am trying to log a claim from this insurer that works with Nedbank. I called logged at 12:40 and 12:48 please trace these 2 calls it is a waste of my time to be calling for someone to hang up on the other side!! I already see problems with my claim here, if i do not get feedback I will be happy to cancel and look for another insurer.
