Poor service

I was unable to pay my vehicle instalment at the end of February and made arrangements to pay as soon as get funds. I made payment on the 22 March for February instalment .My normal debit order went off on the 26 March .On the 02 April MFC debited my account again .I can easily go the bank and reverse it but then it is not going to look good on my credit .MFC refund will only happen in 7 - 10 working days but you were quick to take money that was not agreed upon. As you all now we are all making plans and now it looks like I wont have any money for the long weekend. Why cant you just make an immediate payment ...the same why as how you debited my account immediately
