Poor Service

I bought a Toyota Runx through MFC many years ago. I confirm that I no longer have possession or control of the vehicle. The vehicle was ****** and recovered and then sold in 2014 or so and later towed away as s****. . The vehicle no longer exists.or details unknown. I have completed a SAPS affidavit confirming loss of possession and the circumstances surrounding the disposal of the vehicle. I am therefore requesting that MFC, as title holder, notify eNaTIS accordingly to ensure that the vehicle is no longer recorded as active or registered in my name. I wish to place on record that this request relates solely to the correction of the vehicle’s regulatory and registration status and is separate from the outstanding finance balance, which can be addressed through the appropriate credit and collections processes. Continued refusal to update eNaTIS unless the account is settled exposes me to ongoing licence fees, penalties, and regulatory liability for a vehicle that I do not possess and which no longer exists. This is neither reasonable nor appropriate given the circumstances. Should MFC. decline to assist, I kindly request that this refusal be confirmed in writing, together with the legal basis re**** upon. I trust that this matter can be resolved urgently and amicably.
