Poor Service

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against your agent at the Legal Department. She handed my account over without contacting me, claiming she tried to contact me but there is no record of such a call. It seams both numbers she dialed were not the ones on system. If she had called the correct number she would have learned that the account had already been paid. I will not be liable for any extra costs due to your agents poorservice delivery.
