Poor service

BAD BAD Service - Taking early payment for my car payment after I rep**** NO to their text requesting yearly payment for DEC. Not everyone gets paid early or gets a bonus. How dare they allow my personal FNB account to show misconduct by taking early payment then offering to refund the money. This will show as a reversal on my account. Not good. Why do we sign contracts for the full period for a debt order to go off on a certain date???? I have never ever had any joy with Nedbank or any divisions of theirs..... Totally out raged.
