Poor service

On the 22nd October 2023 I sent an email to Khensani Mojela to email me my latest statement, again yesterday 01st November 2023 still nothing from her and its not the first time she's doing this maybe I'm not that important to her to attend me. Kindly change my contact person to someone else who will take me seriously because as for her I'm not happy.
