Poor Service

I called 2 months ago to obtain my NATIS documents. They advised it would be ready between 48 and 72 hours later. A month later and nothing. A month ago I emailed them and requested them again. Got an automated response advising they would get back to me. It's now a month after that and I still have nothing.
