Poor service

Hello peter

I have bought a car through MFC in Aug2017,I have been phoning them requesting my monthly statement and my car service plan contract to be emailed but no one seems to care to deliver....I don't know y can't they get it right.they r so pathetic ,I am still waiting until this day.....must Jesus rise from the dead again before they can deliver what I had asked ?
