Poor Service

Had the worst experience ever . My Car was involved in an accident November the whole of December no one was there to assist THEY WILL MAKE YOU HOLD THE LINE FOR A FULL hour and tell you that the person handling your case will contact you . I'm Switching back to FNB this is pure Nonsense and poor Service Never again
