Poor service

So mfc a division of Nedbank! Financed my late husband on a car that I am currently using, he took car credit life insurance with them but today it's been 3 months since I've claimed the insurance but they haven't paid till today, they always tells me they are still assessing!! I've given them everything I could but nothing. Now the very same mfc is coming to collect the vehicle and hold it until the insurance pays, of which i don't know when, NB insurance is Nedgroup life insurance or Nedbank insurance, all I know is they are all NEDBANK . So because I lost my husband I am also losing my transport to work and my kids transport to school but he had insurance. Since mfc is the one who offered the insurance why can't they discuss the issue with their sister company and let me mourn in peace!!
