Poor customer service

I have both of my cars still financed by MFC. Their only way of communicating is via call center. The email turnaround time is weeks if they respond at all. I've been trying to rich them since 30 May 2024 to-date. I came across a landline to call, ***. It's either the phone is busy or no one is picking up. I received emails stating that, I ow a month installment. I sent proof of payment but still getting the same message. I would not recommend this finance company.
