Poor customer service and false sales info

This morning I received call from nyasa mudede from mfc service plan offering extended service plan for around R224 or around the amount. I accepted the offer coz it sounds cheap to only find out that mfc will add around R16k on my capital for 2 services which is ridiculous. If it was disclosed i wouldn't have join stupid service plan, however i called in for cancelation immediately and assisted by rude and *********** Kea mofekeng, she told me she doesn't work with accounts. This is such disappointing service from sales people lying to us to customers service agent being so rude and not willing to assist. Please cancel your stupid product i don't want it
