Poor Customer Service

I'm extremely disappointed with MFC's approach to customer service. Financing my car with them is something I deeply regret, and I am now considering switching to a different financial institution. I have already reduced my term by 24 months by making additional payments, but I am now facing financial difficulties. Despite this, MFC has refused my request to lower my monthly instalments, even after asking me to provide a written letter and documentation from my insurer.

There was also a time when I reached out via email during the third consecutive increase in the repo rate, and my request was simply ignored.
