poor customer service

Every time I try to call the ***, i dont get response. i am currently short paid and i have a letter from work , the problem i cant share the letter to anyone. I responded to the letter they sent with the letter from work regarding short payment , i didnot get response but this morning i received the message being hand over to collectors. i just needed a restructuring during this difficult time , currently i have about R6000 in arrear
