Poor customer service

I was contacted by MFC to arrange for an early debit order as I was getting paid earlier in Dec. To my surprise I was debited twice, I have sent emails, contacted MFC on facebook but got no response. This is a major inconvenience as other debit orders are unpaid as a result of this. I need my refund ASAP.
