Poor Customer Service

I am starting to lose patience with MFC, every time before my situation is resolved i have to go through a process and speak to Consultant that are very clueless, i had the same ordeal in 2017 when warranty was duplicated and i was taking through a straineous process before the duplication can be resolved, fast forward 2018 i cancel the existing warranty and i call mfc and no one seems to be clued up i spoke to one person who didn't even sound like she was prepared to answer questions, i called the second time and i was made to hold for more than 37 minutse, lastly when someone calls me he is given me answers that don't even make sense it looks like there is no paper trail because before you say anything is not advisable to go back and check what happened with the client before? all he could tell me was that there was an incorrect refund in 2017, when that refund was correct because of the duplication, He sounded unprepared and last i spoke to him he told me he will call back that was last week friday, this week friday payment will go through and yet my financing has not been restructed.

Based on this poor service i have to say it was the last i deal with Nedbank, i have a private and business account with FNB and i can't believe at some point i was considering to move my things to Nedbank.
