Poor customer satisfaction & put law above else.

Up to now i had a very good relationship with MFC & Nedbank in general, even though i don't even bacnk with them. But for last few months I had extremely poor customer satisfaction where agent put process before customers. I had the unfortunate way of having my salary cut due to other external factors. I was on debt review which did not helped much as i was paying the same amount for the car under debt review as what i paid initially, thus i stopped debt review and arrange with mfc directly to pay an agreed amount of R5000 for 6 months then increase to R6000 after this. it was accepted until Feb 2024 when i had a nasty person by the name of Nombulelo Precious Mdingi calling me stating i must pay the full amount, sell my car or let mfc auction it off & i still pay the outstanding balances. he last 2 options was not preferred and arrange to pay the agreed amount initially discussed in Oct 2023 of R5000. then i received a call from Cheetah company want to collect my car as i;m in arrears (by all means mfc is entitled to that). What is so upsetting is, when trying to speak to Precious manager or request to speak to management, they bluntly refuse. i made payment of R18000 end of March which was R3000 short of the agreed amount, even though i told them i cannot guarantee i can the full R21400. Now they added April fee included (an amount which is owned by end April for current month) which is now again at R13200, now i have to pay this amount before week ending or Cheetah is collecting. When i spoke to Hanlie & advise i have no more money to pay for this month's fee as well, i got told i must make a plan or they collect by monday. MFC agent does not even call back, refuse to speak with me and only state i must pay. I'm not refusing to pay, i'm paying 10% less than initial agreed amount , but all mfc says: legal obligation, section 74 or something, debt review cancellation we need to collect. All i ask is to work with the customer that is willing to still continue paying for the vehicle, without throwing legal book in his face. can we please get someone with empathy to listen to your customers. We all go through a tough time, but i'm wiling to negotiate monthly payment without getting thrown the legal terms no one can pronounce even and get threaten of vehicle repossession.
