Poor customer care

I am so disappointed in the care customer service I have requested that they put fixed amount to pay in my vehicle due to the increasing if intrest rate every month which is now beyond my budget for a car. 2022 they sent me a form to fill as I have the request sent via email. They requested 3 payslip so I sent them too. But until today no further help or communication. I keep on sending emails but no response. This is not good customer service, I don't think they eve recognized me as the client. Real I m not happy the way they are treating me. Every month they remember to send email with the increase of interest rate but no one remember to assist me with the request
