Poor communication / slow turnaround time

I was removed from debt review on the 3rd of May 2023. I needed to buy a motor vehicle to travel to work urgently and app**** for finance. Every creditor removed my name from debt review except MFC. It has now been 10 days after I have sent them the court order and clearance certificate notice and only yesterday was my documentation forwarded to another person (No3) who has to remove the block on my account. I know that my financial situation is not their problem but I can't understand how it takes 10 days to get the documentation to the right person in one company. Maybe it is not a fair review for some but if I don't reply on customers request asap I get into a lot of trouble.
