poor communication

I'm trying very hard to sort my account with mfc... Basically i asked to skip a month on my car payment because I was in-between jobs.... The lady on the phone said it was fine and they will send me an e mail so if I needed to skip more payments i can just fill in the forms. But meanwhile those forms were also needed to skip one month.... So now i have started getting sms's because i will be handed over to someone or whatever... And i have been trying to phone the number on the sms for assistance it just keeps on ringing.... I'm really upset because i organized everything in time and now they are trying to mes up my credit score over this.....
